About Builders Plan

For nearly 50 years, Builders Plan Service has had one simple goal: helping families across the CSRA bring their dream homes to life.

Since our beginnings in the late 1970s, we've been proud to serve homeowners, builders, and developers with thoughtful residential design that is built around people, not just plans. While homes, styles, and construction methods have changed over the years, our commitment to our community has remained exactly the same.

We're a small, hands on design office, and we believe that is what sets us apart. When you work with Builders Plan Service, you are not just another project. You work directly with experienced designers who take the time to listen, understand your vision, and create plans that are both beautiful and practical.

Over the decades, we've designed everything from custom estates and traditional Southern homes to modern farmhouses, barndominiums, remodels, additions, garages, guest houses, and accessibility focused renovations. Our plans can be found throughout neighborhoods across the CSRA, helping shape communities one home at a time.
